> Photoshop Metallic Text Step 5d: Select 'Inner Glow' from the side menu in blending options. Firstly set the blend mode to screen and opacity to '75'. You can also add a little noise to your inner glow to give it a little texture. Under the Elements title set the technique to Softer and the source to edge. Then set your values as seen below for Choke, Size and then the Quality title.
Step 5e: Click on the 'Bevel and Emboss' tab and set the Style to Pillow Emboss. The technique needs to be set to 'Chisel Hard', this gives the letters a 3D effect that really does look chiseled. Make the depth reasonably high as you want the letters to stand out from your screen. We have set this to '720' Choose from either the 'Up' or 'Down' direction for your embossing depending if you want to be looking from above your letters or below.
Step 5f: Click on the Contour tab just under the 'Bevel and Emboss' tab. Select the contour you see fit for your letters and set the range to 100 percent.
Step 5g: Click on the 'Satin' tab and set the blend mode to 'Difference'. Set the opacity to around 55 percent and the angle to 23. Make the distance 43 and the size 49 but really do experiment with different values to make metallic lettering individual.
