W e endeavor to keep any transport and delivery cost to a client minimum.
Delivery:
1. In most cases, the delivery cost will include
any packaging costs. If products require more packing than normal you will be
notified as early as possible IF any costs are higher.
2. Transport Costs fluctuate and we reserve the
right to on-charge any additional transporting costs borne by us.
3. You can choose from Normal or Insured. We want
to keep your shipping to the absolute lowest, and ensure that the goods
are packed for normal shipping with no damage, however, things happen
and it is a wise choice if you choose insurance. Insurance is covered up
to 70% of the project. If something were to go wrong during transport,
it hurts us financially so we pack to avoid this. Claims on insurance
NEVER include re shipping costs, this would be an extra charge should a
project need to be remade.
Metro Deliveries Australia Wide:
1. East Coast Capital Cities and city suburbs are
charged at the same rate.
Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide
are all the same price.
Hobart,
Perth and Darwin shall be quoted pre order.
You shall be buying direct
from our sign factory so we expect savings shall be much higher and
production faster than any slightly added TAS, WA, NT delivery costs.
We use more than 4 transporters to these areas (TAS, WA,
NT) and pass on the lowest quote for you.
If an area is deemed non-metro by our courier company
chosen to deliver the goods, you will be informed of any additional
costs.
Country Deliveries Australia Wide:
Victoria, New South Wales,
South Australia and Queensland Regional
are all the same price.
If your location is regional Victoria, NSW, QLD etc, (excluding WA and NT) we
endeavor to assist our country clients with low shipping costs, use the
calculator to estimate a typical delivery to a major regional town or
city. Please remember, signage is typically sent flat, so transport to
far out regional areas may need to be pre quoted. We will do our best to
keep any delivery costs to the lowest. Also, we may decide to 'over
package' the goods for delivery reasons and pass these costs onto you
pre order. The General Country Courier cost is average estimate only.
Quantity and Delivery
If you want us to send split deliveries to
your distributors, agents etc, that is welcomed by us and we regularly
do this when bulk signs are ordered and sent to a customers
'distributors or agents'. We may need to
add an individual delivery cost pre order or when notified of regional
locations. Please let us know your delivery points as early as possible,
we are very flexible in giving you the best service, but may need to
have a formal quote from the transport company on your behalf first.
Delivery Australia Wide
All States including WA and NT can purchase
from Australia Signs, we will do our best to keep any transport cost to
the lowest, and let you know pre order if any amount is above what can
be estimated on the Price Calculator.
Payment You do not need to pay to
order any sign from Australia Signs, any payment is due when your
signage is made and ready for delivery. All custom signs are 'digitally
proofed' before production and this proof, made to a scale of your
signage is sent to prior to production via email. Hard goods like
A-Frames etc are visible at QSonline and the Gallery. For more info, please read

Notes: We have been making outdoor
signs for more than 10 years and know what situations it will be
subjected to. Always pick the best backing materials.
