Banners

Banners are finished with full length Ropes the entire length sewn under the lap so that extra wind strength is achieved.
This is STANDARD for Australia Signs:

Face Side with Corner reinforcing and stitching into full length rope.

Rear Side also shows the rope inside the full length of the lap, pnuematically punched eyelet through banner and reinforcing tab. All eyelets have a reinforcing tab at any distance.

Rear Side, the overlap is stitched over the rope. If your banner is 4m long, the rope length is 6m.

Satin Silk Polyester

Satin Silk Polyester banners are steamed after printing, colors may change during this process slightly. This give the fabric an amazing gloss level.

Mesh Banner Tiny Holes

Close knit fabric, this is actually stronger than heavy weight due to its non tear properties.

Typical mesh structure. Mesh banners can only be printed one side.

Colorbond Metal

Colorbond is a product from BHP Steel. We only purchase a grade know as 'Signwhite'. This is a higher gloss and specifically made for producing signs. Both sides are baked enamel with total outdoor properties.

Corflute Flute Board Multi Flute

Corflute is a ribbed Plastic Board.

Aluminium

This is new Aluminium, also known as mill Aluminium.

This is anodized Aluminium. Better suited for indoor work and engraving.

Acrylic Perspex Plastiglass

Available in different colors and thicknesses, we suggest you telephone.

Durotrans, translucent light prints

Duratrans is a special illuminated print material used for indoor work. For outdoor work, we use a higher grade self adhesive vinyl. Please telephone.

Hardended Plastic, HIPS, Forex

High Impact Polystyrene, Forex, and other flat face plastic composite boards can be used for signage.

Magnetic Material

We only purchase the highest quality sign making magnetic material for letters, printing etc. See magnetic properties here.

Self adhesive letters

Self adhesive letters are cut on a plotter and the excess color is removed, then a paper gum tape is put over the top so you can lift off the lettes pre spaced, stick to your sign and remove the paper tape making an instant sign pre spaced.

Decals

Decals are full prints onto a self adhesive material. They are supplied ready to peel off and apply.
