New sign making technique
This sign is very easy to put up. Fittings are included and the sign
is made ready to put on your office wall, partition of feature wall.
We apply the latest sign making techniques in our company. The image
shown here is a back colored 3d letter onto clear plastic. This gives the
letters extra dimensional impact.
The panel can be installed onto an office wall or hanging sign from the
ceiling.
This sign is Laser Cut Acrylic. 3 Layer
The back panel is the MDF with colored background mounted to wall. The
second Layer is 10mm High gloss Clear Acrylic flame polished. The third
layer is laser cut 10mm clear acrylic 3 dimensional letters, reverse
computer cut vinyl letters. The sign would be fitted to a wall with screws

3 Layer Acrylic Laser cut sign.
The plan below shows the laser cut out production planning
for the sign.
The cut out letters have been drawn from a simple
sketch/draft ready for laser cutting. This involves placing lift and drop,
splatter spacing and directional heat controls for the cutting of the
lettering and logos.
Once prepared, the material sheet is placed on the laser
cutting bed and the file is transferred to begin cutting. Heat and speed
settings are created.
Not all plastics and depth of plastic operate at the same running speeds.
Applying the color. The colors are applied using a vinyl on
the rear side of the text. This can also be applied on the face side for a
different effect. Placing the color on the rear face creates an "Ice Sign"
effect and looks fantastic.
The background panel is clear Perspex acrylic. Oversized
holes have been put into the corners to allow stand off pins for fitting the
sign to the wall.

out Stand Off Blocks. In this manner, we laser cut small clear, colored or
solid acrylic blocks to stand the letters off the wall, the background panel
or away from the lower layer.
This is called a 2 Layer or 3 Layer option.
