Product Description and manufacturing technique -

4 Layer Acrylic Laser cut sign with lower sectional lettering.

The plan below shows the production planning for the sign.

1. The cut out letters for this wall sign are 6mm Black Gloss.
    

2. Laser cut, the Main logo section is multi layered combination of 6mm White, 12 mm Clear, reversed poly welded to a white 6mm Perspex panel, the top red antenna image is 'Ice Sign', meaning the red is reversed coloured. The Black overlay face is reversed laser cut so that the other layers are dominant and have depth.
    

3. Fitting of the sign onto the wall. The acrylic sections are combined and Plastic Poly Welded. There are two small sections that are double sided taped to the panel. Underneath these two sections, countersunk screws were used that screw into wall 'mini mates'. The entire panel was also glued onto the wall using Liquid Nails. The screws hold the sign in place and prevent slipping while the adhesive cures. This is a very easy sign to install by anyone. It comes complete ready to go.
