includes the 3d letters, the wall pins for the panel and vinyl letters.
This three dimensional letters sign is Laser Cutting Acrylic. 2 Layers
The back panel is 10mm Black, Clear or White. The Second
Layer is 10mm High gloss Clear Acrylic 3d letters. The
3d letters have been colored. This second layer also
includes vinyl cut lettering. This technique is a
popular sign.

The letters shown for this
signage are thick clear Perspex plastic
letters. The font chosen for the new logo is
very strong and the combination gives the
business a sense of stability. The plastic
letters are reversed colored and adhered to
the sign. This gives the signage fantastic
light action and the letters appear much
thicker than they are. This help with
readership.

The picture shows the edges
of the Perspex panel with flame polished
edges. The makes the panel very smooth. We
do not charge extra for polished edges on
signage panels.

Laser cut, the logo and
letters required a very slow processing to
ensure the plastic walls were remained
vertical and sharp. The natural processing
of the laser cutting machine gives the edges
a smooth finish suitable for additional
coating. The plastic letters here are very
stylish and look great with a top light or
face light showing on them.

Vinyl lettering was used on
the wall to further portray Layer 1
thickness. Great effect.
