Extra depth thick letters give Extra impact for your signs

This product is called a '2 Layer Laser cut sign because the letters are double thickness.

Signage Description - The panel is an entrance wall created by the shop fitting company in Australia. The laser cut out letters and logo were made from 16 mm Clear Acrylic. The words were then spray coated to give the sign the corporate colour scheme.

The small lettering seen underneath is computer cut vinyl. You can choose colours online here at our unique online color system.

 

Product Description and manufacturing technique -

2 Layer Acrylic Laser cut sign with vinyl lettering applied to a wall.

The plan below shows the production planning for the sign.

1. The letters shown for this signage are extra thick, solid and very strong. The font chosen for the new logo is very strong and the combination gives the business a sense of stability.
   

2. Laser cut, the logo and letters required a very slow processing to ensure the plastic walls were remained vertical and sharp. The natural processing of the laser cutting machine gives the edges a smooth finish suitable for additional coating.
   

3. Vinyl lettering was used on the wall to further portray Layer 1 thickness. Great effect.

The colours have matched to the customers corporate colour scheme.
