including non ferrous metals - Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel,
'Signage Composites' and lots more.

with your overview plan or sketch of the Laser Cutting requirements needed
for your project.
Supply your own Materials: If you need a
specialty material, Such as a colored Laminex Panel, Timber Sheet or other,
you can supply your own material. Please ensure that sheets remain flat. We
will not accept old or warped materials. Each material must have a suitable
coating to protect the surface.
Sizes: Laser Cutting up-to 2400mm x 1200 in one sheet movement are possible.
For Large Sheet cut, we can also multi turn your sheet suitable for the
Laser Cutting Equipment. Please discuss any oversize sheet arrangements with

How to start designing a sign that will be laser
cut out -
Determine the best size for the signage: 1-
Width of maximum area to be served. 2.- Height
- Maximum height of the panel or lettering area to be served.
This will help you design a sign that suits your building or wall perfectly.
The overall finished size of the signage design will not be how the laser
cutting is priced.
Laser Cutting prices are determined by Path Length. This means, the longer
the path and the deeper (or intensive) the blast required, the difference in
price is shown. Dont despair, Laser Cutting in Australia is Very Cheap.
Compared with our traditional methods of Signwriting, today you can complete
the most intricate and fancy fonts, logos or corporate color schemes with
greater speed, better quality and lower costs.
Before you design too far, send a draft to our own internal sign design
team. They can assist you in setting up correct lengths, heights and widths.
Our internal sign designers can also point our common errors such as Weight
of Stroke, Serif problems, Depth against Stroke issues and so on.
When Laser Cutting a 3D letter, it is important not to over size the
thickness of the material. If you lettering or font is small in height, the
overall bulkiness of the letter may seem to thick and chunky, making the
letter illegible. Avoid over sizing the thickness of your 3D Letters.
