design team redrew this logo from a Microsoft Word Document, The letter
style font was replaced, the path that the laser follows was set for
accurate lift and drop, the kerf values were adjusted for the material
thickness and the node points were smoothened for better final results.
This Reception - Welcome Sign is laser cut out 3 D letters applied to
the face side of Clear Panel Acrylic.
The rear color of the Perspex is vinyl applied white. Each 3d letter is
also rear colored with vinyl self adhesive long term decal material. The
client chose these colors online, then, we sent a color fan with actual
colors to the customer for a 'live' view. The lower small letters are
vinyl applied onto the face. If you look at the Starship Logo, you can
see the high quality results of the returns.
This is a well made sign due to our experience. You can also see that
all the curves are smooth and that the edge cut is at 90 degrees. We
dont rush the cutting process. Pre check - Pre issue and Pre-cut
meetings occur between the team regularly to ensure the best result.
