Artwork
No Artwork Charge:
1. When you or your graphic designer supplies files ready for 'normal' production we do not charge artwork. Our in house graphic design dept will still set up the file including pre issue and add special registration and color keys ready to make the sign, but we do not charge a set up fee for this essential part of making the signage or printing.
Small artwork Charge:
1. The small artwork charge is typically used
when a customer or graphic designer supplies a file with one or two
elements missing that must be redrawn or needs to be cleaned up. Most
times, a customer can not supply a vector file (sign file that has been
made with lines, not pixels).
If the Art dept deem the resolution will be too low, or color quality or
other similar not quite correct art issue, you will be advised pre
order.
A Small artwork charge is typically 30 minutes or less work.
Moderate artwork Charge:
1. The Moderate artwork charge is typically around 1 hours rework to correct any element of a file. Again, the finished work can be emailed to you upon completion.
Complex Artwork:
1. Complex Artwork may be a total logo redraw, photo manipulation, cropping imagery, blending backgrounds etc. If a customer has concept only with no reasonable files that can be passed onto us, the art team will let you know pre order if the Complex Artwork is needed to make your project.
Payment You do not need to pay to order any sign from Australia Signs, any payment is due when your signage is made and ready for delivery. For more info, please read shipping policy page.
