Plus, you can/should also choose not to publicly display your email address when you sign up. 1. All your details are encrypted in our system with a (not telling you) encryption that is the latest with 3 backends. 2. We have also added a Captcha Technology that ensures that robots can not scan pages whilst your are viewing, logging in or inter acting with the Ideas Centre. About us: We will occassionally send out a 'New Idea' newsletter, HOWEVER, on any mail we send, you always have the option to Unsubscribe. If you choose to unsubscribe, your email address will never be reinstated. You do not need to remain subscribed to our newsletter to participate in the Marketing Ideas Centre posts or threads. We respect your decision to sign up and have taken many protective measures to ensure that any data you view, post or other is not open to spammers. We recommend that you Never add an email address inside a post, who knows, a real live human may add it to a list somewhere. Real Names. There is really no problem in using your real name, e.g. Peter Johnson and We recommend that you use your first name, as it will be easier to communicate. If you want to create an slight alias that people can understand, try this method. Add a simple last Name initial to your login name, example, it may read like this: PeterJ if your name was Peter Johnson. There is probably lots of Peter Johnsons', so you can also try PeterJAus, Peter is from Australia. This will help you understand the competency level of your post more than using a name like e.g. Petertheking etc. Real Name can have spaces. Nick Names. If you prefer to just use a nick name, that's ok, so long as your remember who your are. Remember, users have priority so sign up today. At the Sign Up stage, Please use a FirstL as your name. If you find that FirstL does not work, another person may have signed up with that before you. Add another letter e.g. FirstLa or First La. A great way is to make a name with a country extension e.g. FirstLaUSA, FirstLaBRIS etc. About Passwords: When you sign up, choose an easy to remember password that is more than 4 characters and less than 16. The encryption will accept up to 30 characters if you prefer.
