20mm thick laser cut acrylic is perfect for when you want to make a visual impact. The black acrylic, seen here, was cut from the client's chosen font. Our graphic designers can transform your font into outlines to create your three dimensional letters. Once the protective brown covering on the acrylic was removed, coloured vinyl was applied to the face, giving the letters a bold, bright unified finish for outdoor, street facade advertising.

Here, the team are preparing the letters for the next step of fabrication - application. The letters will be applied onto base panel and smoothed for cleaning and polishing. Any tiny little edge fragments will be cleaned so that an individual letters nests perfectly into the position over the top of the base.
