Melbourne - CBD Each chinese character was laser cut to shape from 15mm clear acrylic, with precise holes cut into the acrylic. The exact same shapes were then laser cut from 3mm brushed stainless steel. Also known as 304#4. 60mm length brass threaded pins were welded to the rear of the stainless steel. The pins thread through the acrylic and are glued in place wich makes for super strong outdoor signage. For installation the pins can be bolted from the back to hold the sign in place. The pins also give additional depth to a 15mm acrylic, they can be up to 90mm in length.
