Multi layer cut out sign with raised letters, color decal and lettering

Sydney - Eg. This sign is a laser cut sign with 3 layers built up to form the depth. The first layer is 6mm acrylic with a top color applied. This gives the sign letter its shine. The second layer, also laser cut is then underside glued to the first. The panel, which has been cut to size and flame polished is finally fitted to the letters. The total sign can be affixed to the wall with screwable mounts. In the picture, the team are fluid welding the plastics together. The blending of image is digital decal applied to the laser cut shape and trimmed to the edges.
