We have 2 styles of Aluminium channel for making sign boxes and frames.

1. Square channel. We manufacture from 6000 mm lengths and cut to size. The corners are Aluminium welded for ultimate strength.
Available in 150mm Deep, the finished product is suited for outdoor use and can be mounted on poles, fascias, building walls etc.
Options: Single Sided or Double Sided.

2. Rounded Corner. We manufacture from 6000 mm lengths and cut to size. The corners are a UV protected Polymer Bracket. Suitable for outdoor use.
Available in 125mm Deep or 200mm Deep, this channel looks fantastic and is easy to change the internal fluorescent tubing.

The illuminated sign can be fixed to a wall, building or fascia. Drop Bolts or brackets are easy to add and the sign is self supporting. Easy change over of lights and the signage panels slide into position. This rounded style frame is very popular and modern.



Quality fittings and electrical components are used throughout.



Internal braced corner caps and rounded mouldings means greater strength for your signage. The corner caps lock tightly to ensure a long life in weather conditions. The poly corner caps are UV stable and suitable for direct sunshine.

Internally, please ask for wall mount brackets for single sided boxes. We make sure the fitting is snug to the wall and extra strong welding. Changing tubes and signage is kept simple.
Adequate room inside is allowed to give the maximum illumination and reduce any internal shadows.

We care that your product is well made and great value. All wiring, positioning and fittings are designed to give you maximum illumination. Avoiding internal shadowing is our prime goal.

Different size boxes require different fluorescent tube applications. All boxes we make are designed for maximum light emission. We do not reduce the wattage or choice of fluoro tubes. Quality, these boxes are made in Australia.

Aluminium Channel, lightweight and very strong.

Metal, welded internal base frame.

All quality electrical fittings, wiring and fixtures.

Available in standard sizes, all designs are made to make changing the fluorescent tubes very easy. Being a sturdy unit, the changing of fluorescent tubes is simplified. We may change the output of the tubes, but this is to your benefit. All systems are the brightest rating for the area used.

Powder-coated internal and external. We recommend that if your color scheme works, purchase a white internal/ white external illuminated sign box. This will greatly improve illumination with internal reflection.

Specialty colors. We can powder-coat or color your project. Qty Required.

Extra Components: Brackets, drop fittings, wall mounts, Back panels etc. can also be purchased online.

Raw Aluminium Models: We also supply natural Aluminium models. (un-coated). Occasionally, we supply natural finish for aesthetic reasons.

Choose from Acrylic 4.5mm, 6mm or Polycarbonate panels.
Tip: If your sign can be damaged by the public, consider Polycarbonate sign panels. If up very high, also consider to give extra strength against wind and the elements.
Acrylic is cheaper than Polycarbonate, however, if you choose Polycarbonate, there will be no future issues. Polycarbonate panels make your signage 'rock proof'.

All standard boxes include: fluorescent tubes, wiring, fittings and end caps.
