New Full Size Shiny Material signage that can be printed in amazing colors. When printing onto a material such as Polysilk, the colors will appear brighter and more vibrant than on a flat non porous surface because the inks are dyed into the material with a process called sublimation. Sublimation prints are then steamed in a hot box, thus the colors are embedded into the woven threads and appear brighter. We will do our best to match the colors, but colors may differ slightly. The colors will look amazing. Check some of the photos.

This image shows how the sublimation printing onto the polysilk shiny material looks. Colors are very bright and great resolution. Tip: To get better printing on fabric or vinyls, create your photoshop files or vector graphics at between 150 to 300 dpi at full size. If your banner or sign is small, increase the dpi of the original file, if your sign or banner is larger, create a file minimum 150 dpi. The larger the pixel information contained within your file, the better the final printing onto the material will be.

When using photoshop or illustrator or using coreldraw etc, always convert the fonts to curves and ALWAYS remove any outlines. If you have outlines in your files, turn them into an object. Objects will not lose 'scale'.

This image shows the plastic letters after being laser cut from the master board. The protective face covering is left on until ready for final putting up on a wall etc, The thin lines of adhesive paper are used to align each letter perfectly onto the clear or smoked acrylic panel. The letters are poly welded to the acrylic with a special solution that creates a very strong bond.
