3 Layer Laser Cut Acrylic "Plastic Letter Ice Sign". This great looking reception sign is available from Australia Signs. This panel sign is made from a sandblasted acrylic panel with 3d laser cut acrylic letters mounted to the face. The rear side of the clear is colored so that the edges transmit the light.

The sign above was made for a well respected company in Sydney. The logo was received via email, the letterstyle outlines were broken apart, node reduction techniques applied and nested for the laser cutters in production. Acrylic (polymethyl methacrylate) is also sometimes known as Perspex, clear plexiglass, plastic glass and Poly-clear. It has a range of uses (signage, Illuminated, Fabrications, Displays etc).

Due to it's low price and high quality, the Perspex can be used as a replacement for glass. Lighter and with more cut options, the panel can also have holes for your fixing system, available in different thicknesses and tints.

Being able to Poly Weld the fabrication gives you additional options such as angled wall signage, folded or 'over bent' edges. Poly Weld is a liquid solution that melts the two surfaces together in a natural state. It dries clear.
