This work is typical of the practical uses of Corflute. The plastic materials is very similar to corrugated cardboard, but is made from polypropylene composite plastics. The internal ribs make the material stiff and lightweight. It is a twin wall hollow sectional sheet material that is available in 2400mm x 1200 mm extruded sheet size connected by upright ribs at 90° vertical, common thicknesses used for signs are 5mm, 3mm and 2mm for packing. We use the 5mm size for making signs.

Outside use and weathering properties. Corflute typically has an outside use of two years depending on color, sunlight exposure and general weather ability. Non UV stable material is used for indoor displays and promotions.
