Full color printing onto plastic sign materials, metal sign materials, core flute board, plastic ribbed sign panels and sign boards. Graphic Designers can supply files ready to print or we can make artwork for your full color sign printing.
 

This printed sticker material is at a very large sheet size, 1200mm x 1200mm. The high resolution sign printing is made with a very large jet printer. Similar in concept to a desktop printer, the width is far greater and uses outdoor UV inks that are protected against sunlight and fading.

Using the latest technology Kyocera digital printing heads, Bulk storage Toyo Inks and experience, the digital printing equipment travels across the self adhesive vinyl material up to 4 times. Each head squirts fine molecules of ink that are dry within 20 minutes. This is important, as each dot molecule should slightly migrate into the next. Very technical, this was an older term known as dot gain for printing machines. Today, the roll to roll method of printing means the ink molecules are not required to 'gain' in the same manner, so drying is much faster.
