Bevelled and flat
Above: There are two different materials shown on this page, the first being a special mirrored metal called BA. The
second is outdoor grade stainless. Both metals are good for engraving and filling with a color. Brisbane the font and bracket logo can be engraved
like this to a depth of 0.8mm Other sizes and depths of engraving depend upon the customer specifications and thickness of material to be used. Example,
a 2mm panel could be extended to 1mm, 5mm extended to 2mm etc.
Other panel work and body of albums can be seen at the new image albums. Type in a search string and glance through pages.
You can type in such terms as signage regulations, color combinations, how to and where to buy etc.
This kind of work can also be great for boat names. Australia wide, we supply a custom manufacturing of boat names made in marine grade metals,
plastics and vinyl letters. If you would like your boat or craft or ship to have a quality name, just send in your idea.
House Names and Property entrance fences, rock walls and overhanging archway signage. It's now over 15 years of signage, so you can imagine how
many new fonts we have used over the years. If you would like a new engraved or cut letter sign for Bathurst or Broome, Hamilton Island or Apollo Bay,
we can supply quotes direct. Framing an entrance with a nice looking polished letter is a great way.
Sydney one signage idea is to use a pinning system on the backside of the metal letter so you can drill into the rock or brick or concrete and 'pin'
the letter. Also add glue. This gives you options of abutting the letter or a flush finish. The pic above is a little of both because the slat rock wall
is uneven. Looks great.
Also, if you are undecided upon which material to quote or use, please ask, there are many designed for putting outside
in the weather and to suit different climates of Australia.
If you look closer at the cut letter, you can also see how the design (and in particular) the vector base of the letter
has been drawn. Before cutting begins, either in Photoshop or Illustrator etc, the letter is enlarged and inspected for edge smoothness. Even though this
fancy font looks jagged, it is well drawn suitable for cutting.
