Using a laser cutting machine for your signage is very modern and actually cheap. The entire process is controlled by the quality of your drawing file and the skill of the technician asserting the correct heat and depth, kerf and power controls for the laser cutting machine.

The letters shown in this shot are very thick and require careful lift and drop values for the cutting process.

Finding a design that works, most designs can be applied when your remember that laser cutting is a process of cutting out shapes. If you graphic design or sign design is image based with colored dots (pixels) the cutting process is not applicable.

Setting up the machine ready for cutting. Each material uses different values to cut through the material, as a result, we only perform material cuts on scheduled days that 'master' the materials into a main days production setting. Typically, this changed between 4 to 6 days, so our services remain very fast.

Laminex, MDF, Melamine, Timber composites in general are not suited for outdoor weather affected areas, if you need to use a 'timber' product for outside, it should be coated with clear, sealer or paint OR hardwood timber.

Timber Laser Cutting: We do not supply the timber. Go to your local timber yard, choose a dry, flat, and seasoned timber for laser cutting. Note, the cutting process will make the edges black.

Imitation Steel Letter below, the MDF is laser cut then we applied a metallic vinyl overlay to give the metallic appearance. This is cheaper and lighter. Well suited for indoor shop fascia signage.
