signage letters, almost
500mm high are made from plastic cut to the shape and logo for the
customer. The facing is also a project manufactured with
BA Stainless Steel, 12 mm Acrylic and back colored with vinyl letters.
The reception wall faced an elevator entrance and the BA Stainless Steel
gives a great mirror effect. Actually, BA is used in Prisons as a
mirror.
The letters and logo were installed without any holes apparent on the
front face.

The signage purchased was from an idea seen online and made by Australia

The
adhesive used for adhereing the fancy letters to the wall is liquid nails
all purpose outdoor grade. Underneath
each letter, we drilled a fixing hole with a nylon plug and added more glue.

Above: In this photo of the raised sign,
the special 'S' shape and circular surround are raised whilst the color and
letters are kept flat. The gloss effect is the particular material vinly
letter used and camer angle. This sign is then placed on a frosting of
plastic and stuck into place using a special plastic adhesive. This sign
will be entered into signcraft awards later this year.
Above: In this example, the letters and
logo are applied (vinyl) directly onto the clear plastic panel. This will
later be held to the office wall and relies upon the wall color shining
through the sign plastic giving it color. The example has been placed on a
silver panel to demonstrate this effect. Manufacturing a sign like this
example is very cheap and can easily lift the presence of class in your
