How to put up a banner sign.

1. Consider the increased tension applied when the wind blows. If permissible, use a spring at the four corners or along the top and bottom of your banner sign inserted into the eyelet.
2. Tie off the ends of the rope securely using a knot that will not slip, We use nylon rope with heat sealed ends for our signage. Note: All our banner signs are fully stitched with Nylon Rope sewn the entire horizontal length. This is an important fact when gaining extra strength for your outdoor messages.

This image shows our typical end finishing and corner reinforcing. Under the eyelet (and along any eyelet on any side) we stitch a reinforcing tab and sew this material around the eyelet. A little more expensive than you see on Ebay, however, the outdoor elements are not forgiving.

You can also see that the Nylon Rope is sewn the entire horizontal length and the material is folded over the rope. This gives your vinyl banner sign the maximum wind strength for the size. At each end, we double lock stitch the rope into the face and rear overlap to prevent the rope sliding internally and causing the materials to wander.

3. Tighten the rope and lash to your fence or eyebolt
