Signage Sydney: This extra heavy duty PVC vinyl material is also fitted with
Stainless Steel eyelets. The material is very strong and designed for high wind
gusts along the foreshore. The text is a specialised vinyl letter (self
adhesive) that can be updated. The Sydney Ferries Corporation contracted
Australia Signs to make temporary signage for wharves where high traffic and
constant departure points were changed during restoration works.
 The
nylon ropes are sewn the full length (horizontal) inside the banner sign sleeve
to give additional strength. This is our standard finishing method for sewn
banner signs. Also, every sign made included reinforced back tabs behind each
eyelet. The eyelet is punched through the vinyl, the reinforcing tab and is
crimped with a back section to give all outdoor vinyl banners more durability.
Rope and stitching options. Most projects are finished with a 6mm
Nylon Rope. If you need a heavier duty rope for extended lengths, please ask.
Also, if your prefer a special stitching color, let us know. Choose from Blue,
Red, White, Black sewing. Ropes are only available white.
