Special Sign Techniques #1.
Combining Laser Cut Signs with fitting systems.
This sign was made using Laser Cut out plastic letters, the logo was
redrawn suitable for dxf machinery software. The letters were both glued and
taped onto the Aluminium Panel. To fit the sign to the wall, we used split
battens. There are no holes visible from the front. Made for one of
Victoria's largest Pig abattoirs and food manufacturing companies, The
imagery of the 'ned kelly' stylised photo holding KR Castlemaine's products
was supplied after talking the customer advertising agencies.

KR Castlemaine new corporate advertising photo. The panel was laser cut
before applying the photo. To do so, a thin magenta line is computed as an
overlay layer, a work file is made and the two different manufacturing
techniques are tied together. This multi signwriting applicay can be used
for other materials also >

Creating outstanding colours. This design was given to us by an
independent graphic artist. To achieve the high level of color and
brightness, the file supplied was in original formats. This allowed our team
to match the CMYK color profile directly to the material printed.
This artist is commended for talent, 3 D rendering skill and overall
concept design. Well Done. (Confidential Client) (Practical Info Only)

This is a photo of the finished printing. The depth levels
were created using Adobe InDesign. The file was formatted for CMYK Digital
Printing. Adobe InDesign is a page layout program used by many professional
graphic designers in Australia. You can send us any file format, we have all
the formats.

Special Sign Techniques #4.
Spot welded threaded pins make installing your metal letters easy. Use
any font or shape. Recommendation: When using a metal bolt or
threaded bolt, the bolt is spot welded onto the rear with extreme heat. We
recommend using material 2.2mm thick to avoid heat spots due to welding. You
can use thinner material if the letter or shape is to be further powder
coated or painted.
