The image above shows the highlights of the new style, made on 0.6mm Outdoor grade baked enamel metal the sign has a 10 Year Warranty. The letter fonts are designed for maximum readership at all distances. There are also a new range of icons (pictorials) designed by the QSSafety Team that class each safety sign into clear, distinct and very legible elements.

The contrasting headline is always made to maximum size inside the Chevron Panel and uses Swiss 721 Blk BT which is a clean font and expands brilliantly without losing the weight of stroke in any of the characters. The body text is Swiss 721 BT Bold in contrasting black or reverse background colors. Each message is kerned to maximise the visual appeal and overall design of the Safety Sign.

The top Chevron design replaces more traditional circle or ellipse design elements as seen on traditional boards. The new range and traditional safety sign design are available online at QSSafety. Extra bright colors are used for all the new style safety signs and closely related to PMS colors where suitable. 10 year plus outdoor life signage.

The edges of the panels are pressed safety edges radius to suit the size of the sign panel.

Graphical Elements and Pictorials: Each sign has a white Keyline separating the edges of the metal and the graphic color joins. This is placed so that persons with low or limited eyesight, limited color blindness can determine the difference in design and importance of each element. The white helps people clarify each element.

The lower section of the Main Chevron includes a black 'high impact' panel.

Each corner includes a 4 millimetre hole ready for hanging or fixing and all corners have safety radius corners.
